Summerlink 2010

Summerlink is our mid-week meeting on Wednesday evenings in St Helen's during July, August and September, when we combine all our small groups and meet together.  That means we can go on supporting and encouraging each other as people from right across the church family come together to eat and think about a topic.   It’s also a great place for newcomers to begin to get to know people at St Helen’s.

This year our title is ‘Jesus, friend of sinners.’  Life as a Christian means living in a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus.  But often we are better at knowing about Jesus than we are at knowing him.  This year in summerlink we are going to look at some great verses in the Bible that describe the Lord Jesus (perhaps we might even memorise them).  Our prayer is that they would lead us to love Jesus more, and to help us walk closely with him.
