Central Focus is our Bible study for people who have previously been part of RML. It is particularly aimed at people who go to the Sunday 10am meeting. It is also an excellent place to start if you arrive at St Helen's later in life or have children. One distinctive feature of Central Focus is studying different books of the Bible each year.

Our prayer meetings are usually held on the last Monday of the month. They bring together the whole church family to encourage each other, hear what is going on and to pray together for God's work through his people.

If you are looking for answers to the big questions about life, these talks aim to get us to the heart of the Christian faith. They are accessible, with a short reading and talk from the Bible. Whether you are looking into Christianity or are a committed Christian, everyone is welcome. The talks are also live-streamed.
We encourage City workers to join an evening small group. If you cannot make an evening, there are groups who meet for breakfast on Wednesday and at Monday lunchtimes. These groups aim to deepen our gospel partnership, encouraging us to speak and live for Jesus at work.
If you are looking for answers to the big questions about life, these talks aim to get us to the heart of the Christian faith. The talks cover the same passage as Tuesday meetings in a smaller, more relaxed setting. There will be a Q&A with the preacher after the talk.
Who is Jesus? Why did he come and why does it matter? This is a great opportunity to investigate the claims of Jesus for yourself, looking at Mark's Gospel. It's a seven-week course.
A weekly term-time stay and play group for babies, toddlers and their parents and carers. Join us for activities, songs and a short talk about Jesus.
