Isaiah 54:1-17

God's everlasting promise

Guilt and sin often makes us think that there is no way to restore our relationship with God. After explaining the rescue of God’s people through Jesus’ suffering and death, Isaiah now turns to persuade us that God means it when he offers forgiveness: our creator wants to marry his people and promises to make them secure forever.
