Paul's understanding that the now revealed mystery of the gospel is declared in and through the local church gives immense weight to the way Christians behave and live together. In this final section of his instructions on how we should walk, Paul draws once again on what he has taught in the first half of the letter to give incentive to his readers to live differently. Filled by the Spirit with the person of Christ, we are to build one another up even as we submit to one another in the God given relationships within which we have been placed.
