Jesus’ prayer before going to the cross

Have you ever wanted to see God’s glory, to know what he is like? Where would you turn to do this? Through his prayer, Jesus shows us that God’s glory is seen in unexpected places—by the finished work of Jesus on the cross and proclaimed today through the trustworthy word of the Apostles. This prayer will deepen our confidence in God’s word and help us focus our own prayers and efforts, as we seek to live and speak for God’s glory today.
