Futility and hope in a cursed world

Genesis 4 brings us face to face both with human ingenuity and an exponential increase in human wickedness. As we look at the world around us we see constant examples of both. But no amount of ingenuity seems to stop human evil and the advance of violence. What hope do we have for humanity? Genesis 4 shows us we have just one source of hope.
