Choose life!

Ever elusive, satisfaction is something craved the whole world over. As long ago as 1965, Mick Jagger released his famous single ‘I can’t get no [satisfaction]’. Nearly 60 years later, satisfaction is as beyond our grasp as it ever was. In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus outlines the contours of what a beautiful life looks like. True satisfaction is not as far away as it might appear. As the sermon draws to its close, he insists that genuine contentment is just a prayer away.
