Elders who exemplify godliness

How can an ungodly society be saved? In Titus 1, we see the apostle Paul's strategy: to appoint spiritually transformed Bible teachers in all the churches. They will teach the transforming gospel, producing godliness in the church, and will be living adverts to their society of the glorious gospel of eternal life.
