Can you clap with Nahum?

Nahum is considered by some to not be breathed out by the Holy Spirit and therefore doesn’t belong in the canon! This is due to how brutal Nahum’s judgement is. Indeed, his intention is to cause everybody to clap their hands at God’s judgement of evil. Something most in our culture today find unfathomable!
